"I would like to leave a one-star review. The last three times we have ordered from this restaurant, the delivery has taken about an hour, the food arrived hardly warm, it was once delivered to the wrong address, and this time they forgot a product. Additionally, the prices are incredibly high compared to other pizza chains nearby, and the portion sizes are small. I understand that the restaurant industry is currently understaffed, but when I brought up the issue of missing items with the cashier in a polite manner, the manager standing behind him did not even acknowledge me. It seems like they do not value their customers. I will not be ordering from this place again."

pizza ordered and it came to the house so quickly that the pizza burns my mouth. I love it that it came to the house so quickly. Many thanks for the fast delivery and the delicious pizza.

Horrible experience. I ordered two pizzas online for pickup. Timeline was 45 minutes which is long, but fine. Pizza was not complete until over a half hour after states pickup time. It took almost 90 minutes for two pizzas. Workers were disorganized and having a hard time differentiating between peoples orders, which pizzas were for delivery carry out, etc. Will definitely not be back. Edit: also, one of the pizzas was not cut AT ALL.

the pickup should be ready at 19:18 clock, at 7:30 clock I checked again, I was told the piazza just went in the many. I left the load with the pizza at 7:56. not even an excuse has been extended. then the 3 employees discussed in the back about other customers and cured terrible. then I hear what she's waiting for, and still nobody has approached me and asked the order I've been waiting for, so she told me it wasn't ready yet. it had to be the worst experience in a poppa john’s.
