"I ordered a pizza with special ingredients, but when I got home and checked the pizza, it was not what I had ordered. We had ordered a gourmet pizza with specific toppings, but they did not fulfill our order correctly. They even called us to argue that we were mistaken about the ingredients on our pizza. When we showed them our order on our phone, they still insisted that we got what we asked for. This was very poor customer service. We went back the next day to try to get a refund or exchange, but they continued to deny that there was a mistake. It seems that they need to fix their app...

Thank you for accommodating my keto diet. The atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant had a modern look. The customer service was excellent.

Not happy they don't want to endorse my take and bake card. Apparently Ashland franchise is so special they don't participate in the chains customer appreciation program.
