"I'm giving a 3 instead of a 1 because the location seemed to be having some staffing issues the day I went. Me and my family (4 of us) went for lunch inside. Ordered at the kiosk. Order took 10+ minutes to make. We didn't have a huge order, but like I said they seemed short staffed. Got our food, we had no straws for the drinks, had to get up and find straws. Sat back down to realize I didn't have a fork for my bun-less burger (gluten sensitive). I got up to look if they had any out to grab, I couldn't find them. An employee was cleaning up out in the dining area and I asked them if they had any forks where I could grab one. He said go ask the person at the counter. I stood there and no one seemed to notice I was there. The person I asked about the fork then walked past me and into the back and started talking with another staff member. Nothing about me needing a fork. He then grabbed his coat and left his shift, me still standing there. I stood there for at least 5 more minutes before someone said oh your order will be right up to which I corrected them that I just needed a fork. She looked at her station and drive thu, no forks. She had someone go in back to grab more. They didn't have any. Didn't have any knives either. So I asked for a spoon so I could eat my burger patty with something besides my hands. I understand in this industry these sort of things happen so I wasnt greatly bothered. The employee that helped me by telling me to go ask at the counter, that then walked by me still waiting and then just got his coat and left after chatting for a couple minutes did bother me. That is just poor customer service. He couldn't be bothered to make sure that I was helped at all."

"I ate Mexican food in the USA. I've always eaten in places of authentic Mexican chefs. I look at cost, taste, presentation and portion size. Depending on where you are in the USA, the spice level usually leads. If your near Mexico is hotter and if your in Maine it is not so hot. At least that was my experience. Juan is a very nice guy with very little personality at the front end. However, you can say that it is important to him, but suffering from language problems. The food here is authentic and the aromas are not strong and not weak. I have eaten several times here and always not hungry and happy. I've eaten everywhere in the capital district and had something better here and there, but much more paid. For what this place accuses and what you get here in the little ole Johnstown, this is a touch of a place. I have included some pictures and just say Juan, “a guy sent you” Give this place a try, it’s really good."

"Your team is always super fast to finish my order and almost always accurate. If I ever have problems (which is very rare) they are very fast to fix them. The team is also super friendly to interact. The best Taco Bell location."

"My friend and I came at noon on Tuesday, it was pretty quiet. Our server was Jordan (the AWESOME was). The food came fast and was made perfect. We ordered the two for 22 and wanted to share the check since I had cash and my friend had a card. Jordan was quick to come back to apologize and declare that he was unable to share it (my guess is that the two for 22 is technically a price article in their system). Fortunately, I was able to pay some of our cash check and my friend paid the rest with their card. Thanks Jordan for this visit a great experience around!"

"I’m taking one star away because of the parking lot and lobby. If you value your car don’t drive on the property the potholes will kill it. Drive thru is 8-2 just a bit too short for our handicapped van. Inside is clean and cozy. But register is too close to the entrance so the front gets congested really fast. Add a wheelchair, a few people and you basically just shut down the exit and entrance. I got the meal #10 and it was delicious. Chicken cooked perfectly and sides were fresh and delicious as well."
