"The rating is only for Dessert. We were in the inn, so we got Dessert later. Both desserts were average. It didn't taste fresh and it was too expensive for what it was. Nothing unique about them. No service because it was their closing time, so I had to go to the bar to order what was crowded, sticky and loud. Nice outdoor area next to the fireplace."

"Terrible service! I ordered takeout. Just a drink and salmon burger; 1st time ordering this item. Waited over 25 minutes to receive. I noticed two couples that ordered after me, received their order before mine, and were dining in. They had appetizers, the whole deal! I asked the person behind the counter what was taking so long with my order compared to the couples because I didn 't want to assume.He gave some poor excuse that theirs was easier. It didn 't add up. I really thought this salmon burger was going to be some masterpiece. Just like the service, I was sadly disappointed. I received a plain bun, the salmon, and some, I guess, special slaw on the side, and that was it; nothing else. The bun wasn 't even toasted. I asked for it to be cut; it didn 't happen. What took so long for that??? I 'm baffled. Unfortunately, that was my third time trying this place and second experience of bad service. I won 't be returning."

"Urge Gastropub shares its menu with The Barrel Room so there are a lot of menus to go through. It?s almost overwhelming but we got through it and picked jambalaya and caprese pizza add pepperoni. I liked the jambalaya and it was surprisingly tomatoey but very good. I was told the balsamic was a little heavy on the pizza otherwise it was tasty. Right now I?m not sure what?s going on with the wine selection or if the waiter didn?t know much about wine as he is only 20 and not allowed to open the bottle. We ordered a blend and he came back with an open bottle of Cabernet without checking with us first before the bartender uncorked the bottle. It was a little bit of a struggle to find out what they actually had but eventually we were able to find something. I assume that it?s still a struggle to run a business with Covid. We were patient with the waiter and I tipped him well. I would go back as I enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere and the food."

"Something has changed. Usually I get my veggie burger in a black container on top of a wax paper. This time they wrapped it and left it on the tray. I would not mind if i was not paying 15 dollars to eat at a fast foot store. Maybe they are trying to cut cost and raise prices. I like the place but time to rethink eating out."

"discriminatory treatment of certain groups of individuals. if you don't have a big bill, they'll try to rip you out of your seat. there are a few very friendly and professional employees, but for the greatest part the management has a big ego and thinks because this is 4s ranch, they should not deal with second-class citizens. I would urge the owners to reassess how this facility is being operated; the current system is a chaos and they are constantly understaffed. there are many capable institutions that want to work here, but once again they go into a question of discrimination. everyone should be treated like a gast. eating is good, but too expensive. So they refused to change the type of chickens for an individual sandwich. not sure why this was such a big problem; we were only looking for grilled, instead of crispy, and they could not accommodate. I would recommend going next to miguel 's where they have air conditioning and they do not have to deal with rude hired. miguel 's has a much more friendly presence, with friendly, thoughtful staff."
