"I received some very horrible customer service from this young lady I ordered a small regular coffee and it took like 30 minutes for me to get it I have to basically go up there and ask for my coffee because she didn't care about me anymore after I paid. This was a very unpleasant and emotional situation that I was in I felt very embarrassed and ashamed not even went into this location but I never will I'm very disappointed at the customer service that this young lady has presented to me. The location was great and they have good coffee. Staffs were nice and I like the vibe of this place.

Typical Peet 's experience. Staff is coached friendly. Regardless of time of day, out of certain items. Not a horrible experience by any means, but a little effort would make them great instead of just good.

Overall a nice place and has a consistent quality. Service is fine. But the prices have been going up regularly. $5.70 for a cup of latte is too much. There seems to be no regulations for Peet's and Starbucks.

"The cashier was very unprofessional I asked for additional cheese and crushed red pepper he gave me 2 packs I asked for more and the cashier gave me a stupid look at his face. I also asked for napkins and plates and the cashier decides an unnecessarily large stack of napkins on the few plates and cheese packs he gave me. I ordered two big pizzas and asked them to be cooked extra crispy. I even made sure that the restaurant reminds them, but they could clearly not follow simple instructions. The pizza dough was barely cooked by it tasted slightly raw. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my family or friends. I don't want them to get sick from their badly cooked pizza dough and unprofessional service."

"I just came home from Vons, I command to assume full boneless cause that 's what the boy has taken for 2 people suggested. I was asked if it was my first time and I said yes. I told him I ordered dinner for two. That's all I have chicken and rough Coleslaw and I don't know what the pink stuff is. I was expecting Pommes and Sauce with my order. Terrible place to eat yuk and chicken is all dry"
