"Our first time trying this place and the experience was horrid. Our server was nowhere to be found for the majority of the time. We waited over an hour for our food to come out. When we did see our server we'd ask for water refill and it'd take another 15 minutes. My pizza was brought to the table and before I could ask for a plate, she was gone again. I ended up taking an appetizer plate from the empty table next to us. The food was decent but not worth the wait or the hassle. Will not be back."

I used to come here as a kid and think it was just alright… but Petrillos has REALLY stepped their game up. Some of the best Italian I’ve ever had. Calzone and White Pizza with Tomatoes we’re ???

In this day and age it is hard to find a restaurant like this. The food is delicious,the people our very pleasant,and prices our amazing. As I said im very appreciative because it is so hard to find good restaurants nowadays. Keep up the great work.

Terrible service!! I tried to take the wife and kids out to celebrate my wife’s new job. We were seated and ordered water. We waited 45 minutes and never saw our waitress again. I got up and asked a bartender if we could order and waited another 5 minutes. I get they were busy but no excuse for the incompetence. I walked out and won’t go back on my dime
