Numerous other patrons were seated before us, with the hostess explaining they were waiting for a specific table to become available. The restaurant was incredibly loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

The service was excellent and the food was good, but the portion sizes were moderate and could have been larger for the price. Unfortunately, they did not honor our table request, which was disappointing.

Boy, I used to like PF Changs but they seem to have gone downhill. We remembered liking the lettuce wraps but they were absolutely flavorless. The veggie spring roll was weak and hardly filled with anything. Our orange chicken was too breaded and just okay. The service was mediocre. The margarita was too sugary. The restaurant was too loud and dirty/sticky. We are realizing chain restaurants are not our thing anymore.
