"Bread and Butter is exceptional! Would really recommend it especially for those who likes peaceful and well organized place. I always go here whenever I have my free time. the ambiance of the place is really amazing and the vibes always sets up my mood. It is just very calming and really gives me the peace that I look for. Their foods are also very immaculate. Affordable yet would already solve your cravings. I always go for their hash brown, Sunday, toast, eggs bacon, and banana bread. Would really recommend this to all of you to try! All are well-seasoned, delicious and tasty. Their size portion is neat as well and really sets off the deal. They have an absolutely perfect breakfast ambiance and the atmosphere of this place is great. Their service as well. Their staff are very much cooperative, friendly, kind, patient and professional. Great place, neat people to be with and their foods are on point! Thank you for the wonderful experience and awesome service guys! You all really made my experience better and unforgettable. "Hard to spoil the man who is the master of the grill at home, but for Father’s Day we felt like we struck gold with Chicago Prime. The steaks were decadent and the sides were incredible, but it was the atmosphere of this classy place and the dry, hilarious connection with Josh behind the bar who took care of us that really sealed the deal. It was a rare night out, but they truly made us feel like regulars. Definitely a new family favorite for special occasions."

"I’ve been to Agio many times, at least 10 to 15. I only live about a mile away. Food is always excellent. My last visit was a little frustrating because there were multiple large groups at the restaurant and the staff was not able to handle the demand for servicing all the patrons. The waiter was not our regular waiter and the drinks and appetizer/entrees were quite delayed. Also, everyone was jammed into one room and an additional room was not being used. It would have made it much better if the large groups were separated from the 2/4 person diners in the unused room. I may avoid making dinner reservations on Saturday nights and plan on going in the evening during the week instead. Like I said, the food is excellent and the service is usually excellent too. But until the staffing issue and party issue is addressed I would reconsider making reservations on at least Saturday nights."

"We loved this restaurant until yesterday. I made a reservation for my wife's birthday and it did not go well from the time we arrived. The hostess was unfriendly and copped an attitude when we requested a different booth from the she lead us to when we arrived. We ordered drinks and a shrimp cocktail both were excellent. We both ordered the 1/2 chicken vesuvio with salads. The salads and salad dressing (ranch) were great. Both chicken dishes were under cooked to the point you could see red when separating the leg from the thigh. The breast was also under cooked and tasted funny. The vesuvio potatoes were very good. We sent back both dinners to be cooked again. When the food came back it tasted worse so we told our server there was no way we were going to eat this food. She asked if we wanted to order something else, but at this point we lost our appetite. We did eat most of the vesuvio potatoes as they were good and then ordered a brandy ice dessert with was also very good. They did not charge us for the chicken dinners nor should they, but it was disappointing that the manager didn't address the situation in person and offer some comments. Also in my reservation I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, but no one made any mention of it. To summarize the hostess doesn't know how to properly execute her job and the chef on duty doesn't know how to cook chicken. Our server was attentive and was as helpful as possible. She was our advocate when returning the food, a job that should have been completed by the manager. It will be a while before we return to give it another try."
