"I now understand why I haven't been to this restaurant for a while, and it's probably the reason why they have closed down many of their shops. The staff was polite but too slow. The food was decent, similar to what you would find at a fast food restaurant but with more options. The prices were affordable but not great considering the quality of the food and service."

"I love the Sesame Inn. I ate her food at the restaurant and takeout. I've never been disappointed. Her fried chicken dishes (like General Tso's) are always very crispy. It can be said that they take fresh meat pieces, coat them, and then deep freeze. I can't stand the muddy chicken you get at the buffet. I can count on the Sesame Inn to make it right. There is always plenty of taste, and pieces of fresh garlic or ginger in some dishes. Her egg rolls are fantastic as well as the potstickers. I love the atmosphere. I was in the other places with similar feelings about her."

"Our dishes were excellent as usual. I appreciate being able to have enjoyed Saint Patrick's Day features including Dublin coddle and corned beef and cabbage. Our server, Destiny, was outstanding and memorable: efficient, warm, gracious, kind, and welcoming. She did a great job of providing everything we needed. I have been dining here for many, many years and must note that regrettably, things are markedly different from the way they were when it was owned by Frank and Linda Sam. Both of them are warm, welcoming individuals with personality who would come to the table to ensure satisfaction and to chat. On many occasions, both of them sat down with me and my guests. They got to know a large number of their customers and made it their place to know them. Today, the owner and manager have seen me, or should have seen me at the restaurant countless times. They show no recognition of that and they do not interact with the customers. On one occasion, the current owner was sitting a few feet away from us handling paperwork at a table. He did not make contact with us and did not even look at us. One would think that a manager or owner would make it their place to get to know someone like me, who has spent $2700 in gift cards since the end of 2021. The Sams would be disappointed to see how their heirs are handling the business and I wonder if the cold shoulder from management explains why the restaurant was not busy at the height of the dinner hour on a Saturday night."
