"Ich war dort und habe das Mittags Menü bestellt. Der Salat und die Suppe wurden relativ schnell serviert. Der Salat war soweit okay, die Suppe war lauwarm und man konnte an den Mini-Gemüsestückchen erkennen, dass es keine hausgemachte Suppe war, sondern eine Fertigsuppe aus der Tüte. Dann begann das lange warten auf das Hauptgericht. Der Service hat sich nicht blicken lassen. Nach einer halben Stunde habe ich dann nach dem Essen gefragt, ob das heute noch etwas wird. Aufgrund der langen Wartezeit nähere sich ja auch schließlich das Ende der Öffnungszeit. Die Servicekraft beschuldigte erst einmal den Koch, dass er das wohl vergessen hätte. In meinen Augen ist die Servicekraft aber auch nicht unschuldig, weil sie nicht nachgeguckt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob der Gast noch irgendwelche Wünsche hätte. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten wurde mir dann das lieblos angerichtete Hauptgericht Putenbrust mit Championsahnesoße und den auf den Teller geklatschten TiefkühlKroketten serviert. Ich musste mich beim Essen beeilen, denn der Laden hatte ja nur noch ein paar Minuten offen. Ich habe dann nach der Rechnung verlangt, die 14,40 € betrug. Aufgrund der langen Wartezeit gab es kein Trinkgeld. Ich bezahlte mit 15 € und wartete auf mein Wechselgeld. 0,50 € hatte die Dame ja direkt parat und meinte dann, die zehn Cent hätte sie nicht. Sie hat dann mehrere Leute vom Personal gefragt, ob noch jemand zehn Cent hätte. Kurz und knapp: nicht empfehlenswert. Service mangelhaft, Essen zum Teil aus der Tiefkühltruhe und Suppe aus der Tüte. Ergänzung zu dem Kommentar des Inhabers: Schuld sind immer die anderen. Ich bin quasi selbst dran schuld, dass ich dieses Lokal überhaupt aufgesucht habe, obwohl ja Personalmangel herrscht. Dann hätten sie mir das bei dem betreten ihres Etablissements gleich mitteilen müssen, dass sie keine Lust auf Gäste haben. Und überfüllt war das Lokal nicht. Es gab viele freie Tische. Das lieblos hingeklatschte Hauptgericht spricht Bände. Zu dem Thema Fertiggerichte Die Mikro-Möhrenstückchen kenne ich zufälligerweise aus diversen Tütensuppen. Sie können mir auch nicht erzählen, dass die Kroketten selbst hergestellt sind. Ich kenne das Zeug aus der Metro sehr gut. Ergänzung zu dem komplett umgeschriebenen Kommentar des Inhabers: Die Änderung ihres Kommentars zeigt, dass sie mit konstruktiver Kritik überhaupt nicht umgehen können und dass sie ihre Gäste verhöhnen und verspotten. Dies ist auch aus den anderen Antworten auf Kommentare ihrer Ex-Gäste zu entnehmen."

"At Eisbachs we already go some time and can confirm that the staff is well trained, attentive and always friendly. Only once during the holiday period there were 'interferences' but nothing drastic. The menu is changed seasonal, but some 'stems' remain for which the season does not want to experiment. The facility is divided two. At the front of the main house is the old gas station from then. Today renovated, wall painting exposed and received as far as possible, cozy 2s and 4s tables, wooden floor, high ceilings with stucco and conservatory-like cultivation. There are a variety of leaf salads, tomatoes, radicchio, rocket, carrots, cucumbers, onions, red beds, herb, feta, mozzarella.... to 3 vers. Dressing; Yogurt, mustard and vinegar/oil. At the side table stand, vinegar, oil, croutons, and some to add to student food. Including my beloved sunflower seeds! The goose bump was cheeky outside and juicy inside. Tastefully good and plentiful. The red cabbage has a good taste and the cash. There was a saucer with addition. The beef fillet was delivered as desired/ordered with decorative elements on the plate such as knobi and herbal butter. Pommes generally good. dessert? did not go pure so 2 cappuccino at the end of € 2,70 and the evening was round! Conclusion; we like to come back!"
