"Looking for another restaurant,as always the same in our vicinity,I stumbled over the Noori. Japanese, we've never been eating and from a tablet, we've never ordered. The Noori is located in Moers in the County Passage, the first floor. There are two parking garages outside. We were received very nicely and brought to our table. The buffet costs €26.80 on Fridays- Sundays per person. Drinks go extra. You can also choose Menues, but the buffet was much more interesting for us. That's how we could try something.
