"Tried to place an order online for the St. Michael location. It wouldn’t accept any card or the pay in store option. It was saying order not completed. So, I called to place the order over the phone and the boy/person on the phone was just mockingly laughing at everything I said. So, I did not order. I just hung up. The last time we ordered there, there was about 3-4 inches of crust on the whole outer circumference of the pizza because they skimped out on the sauce and other toppings. So I’m not sure why I was giving them a other chance anyways. Don’t recommend. Too bad because they used to be good."

Ordered here 2x now both times took Hours!!! Ordered tonight at 515 it's 7:18. Called to ask about it hung up on 3x. Finally got a person and they let me know hated there job and the owner was terrible person. Trying to get my money back at this point. So disappointed will never go there again. We will stick with Andy's.

Recently went to the pizza hut in st michael. Always been a fan of this chain, but I was leary to try this specific one with seeing all the negative reviews. Turns out it has a NEW general manager. I was a walk in had immediate friendly service! I highly recommend giving this pizza hut a chance if you've had a not so great experience in the past. Thank you Kyle for the great service!!
