"we were four in this local and ordered the following feeds: 1x wurstsalat; 2x pizza and 1x spaghetti. the spaghetti and the sporenstsalat came first, but the latter without brot, although this was offered in the menu. on request the brot was immediately announced with the words beaten. because this day was advertised with pizza from the wood stove, we realized that we had to wait a little longer. the spaghetti and the sporensalat were eaten half, and the pizza also came. this was not baked in a wood oven, but at most in an electric stone oven. the broth for the sausage salad has not been served yet. After the pizza was eaten half, we asked for the bread for the sausage salad again. we have 5 more minutes. shortly afterwards the chef (not the waiter) came with three slightly dead broths. the crowning conclusion was the payment of the bill. when we paid separately, the waiter had to share the sum. when we got our share, this €4 was above the amount known from the card. Finally, it was established that the bank is programmed to transfer the multi-value tax at the end to the total amount. you get an extra if we hadn't paid separately, it wouldn't have been noticed. whether this is intended or not, let us ask openly."

"Value for money very much in need of improvement We had appetizer, salad, burger and pork steak. It all took a very long time although not much was going on. Appetizer 3 different chicken wings was good. The salad is partly from the finished bucket. The chicken strips were very al dente to tough. The burger was mediocre. The pork steak was really chewy. We'll go there again in 6 months at the earliest, if they hold out that long. Service: Dine in"

"We've been a number of times and every time the food is great. It can be a bit salty so I often ask for no extra salt. But for a big, German meal you'll be very pleased. They have a couple of vegetarian options, too,...but it's mostly a meat or fish kind of place. Portions are huge. My favorite dish here is the Krezterfilet and I'm not even sure what kind of fish it is. It's local (I'm guessing Perch) from the Bodensee (Lake Constance) and they do a simple deal but it's perfect. My husband always gets the Hirschsteak, or venison steak. And my uncle got a huge rump steak and said it was amazingly good. German food served nicely really can impress your guests from afar. Kapuziner is where we bring everyone when we want to share the classic German Stube feel and quality food. The building is unassuming and inside it's really cozy and not over the top kitschy, although it has a bit of that, too. The Zoller Pils is also one of the better German beers served in the region."
