"I discovered this restaurant while browsing a list of "Things to do in Littleton, NH". I was camping in Bethlehem, NH and woke up early to beat the crowds. Both pancakes and waffles are clearly marked as available vegan on the menu, and the servers are knowledgeable about vegan options. The potato pancakes can also be made vegan upon request and were phenomenal, especially when paired with the maple pepper. However, I would advise against trying the maple cream as it contains a small amount of milk cream. They offer hafermilch for coffee and even allowed us to substitute heel milk for autocrat coffee milk. We also ordered a side of fresh and tasty fruit. My friend wanted to go to this place, so I went along. I expected to have toast or a bagel with peanut butter and a side of fruit. But I decided to ask my server if the pancakes had any dairy/eggs. He said they could make them vegan! I ordered one pancake with walnuts, one with coconut, and one with blueberries. They were yummy! I also ordered a side of the potato pancakes make sure you also ask for those vegan. The potato pancakes were SO GOOD. Just make sure you ask your server to make your regular pancakes vegan, too.
