We took our daughter here for her 7th birthday and everything was great. She had a great time and made sure that we took her to a fancy restaurant. We had a party of 8 but were well attended. Our server was great and all our drinks never ran low. The ambiance is great overall we had a great time.

We were seated right away. The waiter was wonderful. The food was excellent. We ordered the ribeye and the prime rib. They were both perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I have to say, whenever I go out to eat for steaks, I never eat the whole meal. This time I ate my entire meal. I will definitely be going back soon.

My husband and I had an early dinner at Porter's on Mother's Day over the years, we've discovered that if we go out for dinner on Mother's Day, it's way less crowded than at brunch/lunch time. Porter's had plenty of servers and the food came out in a timely manner. There was a special Mother's Day menu we shared the prime rib and rack of lamb and both were delicious! And the dinner rolls they serve are so addicting, especially the cranberry nut ones! We just wish that they had offered a simple dinner salad instead of caesar salad. We were also a little surprised that they didn't present the Moms with a flower or little plant. Most of the other restaurants we've gone to on Mother's Day always...
