"I ordered 2 milkshakes today, one to take to my mom in the hospital before I leave town, and one for my sister who was giving me a ride to the train. Both exploded a few minutes later the styrofoam cups both cracked open at the bottom, perhaps from the cold temp or pressure? So now I have sticky milkshake all over my hands and bags, and nothing to take to my mom. Please use better cups and please refund me... the woman who made them for me was nice but what a waste of time and disappointment"

Garbage employees, lazy as f%#k close constantly at LEAST 30 minutes early. I finally managed to get inside for a sandwich during the day once but couldn't go through with an order because the kitchen and condiments station looked horrifying dirty.

I had the worst potbelly sandwich I’ve ever had at this location. Proportion of blue cheese to meat was a complete mess and the sandwich was soggy falling apart. Avoid this potbelly! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1

I personally got the large Italian and the oreo milkshake. I felt that the oreo milkshake had too much oreo which gave it a sand texture. The sandwich was decent but nothing special. An okay sandwich for an okay price. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

"I like Chopt food a lot. However their delivery is very shaky. In my most recent order of 4 salads 1 was the completely wrong salad. It contained a protein item [double] that I cannot eat. Despite delivery directions that sated ring door bell button the bag was left at my door early and I had no idea it was there. The manager credited me for wrong salad but refused to deliver the correct salad. On other orders either the delivery was never made or delayed calls reported they were out of certain items, etc etc."

"Was super disappointed with the order I just received from Uber Eats. Waited an hour and payed $30 to receive over salted tots that are inedible. Like someone must have shaken the whole container of salt on the tots (pictured below). Also, the honey butter tots that were ordered were plain. No honey or butter was present. Would be willing to try again but honestly very disappointed."

"I must update this so everyone is aware. My husband, father and I went to the restaurant last night and we were charged for 5 meals. The old gentleman said prices had gone up so on our receipt he put custome items in stead of typing in what we ordered. One of these custom items cost $31.99. We were charged for 5 orders of plantians but we only had 3. I questioned the man 's about this and he went back to the kitchen to get the cook. The cook verified what we ordered. I asked her what a custom item is and she didn 't know. We asked them to ring up the ticket with the correct orders and our bill went down over $30. The man pressed a button and the original corrected price cam lr up. My husband and the cook watched the man enter the corrected orders and he wanted to charge extra here and there saying that prices have gone up. This time the corrected order was $35 less. The man hit a button and the original incorrect price appeared. The man expected us to pay for food we did not eat because prices have gone up. CHECK YOU BILL SO THE OLDER MAN DOES NOT GET OVER ON YOU!"

"This place is highly energetic and the server made us feel rushed from the start. Asked for our drink order and we hadn't even been seated for one minute nor had time to even read the drink menu. Ordered the rose bubbly and got the normal flat rose. Steaks were tender, but sauce bland. Fries were overdone. Server offered us a complimentary profiterole, which was nice."
