"We love Prairie Kitchen and we ate there 3 times this past weekend. The employees are always helpful and friendly. The price is always a bit on the high side but to us worth it to bring out of town guests and have locally sourced food. The problem this weekend was a couple of quality issues in the food. We ordered cheese curds and entrees and several other 'sharables ' for dinner and it was all brought out together which was fine. But then about 5 min later they brought out the curds saying, they almost forgot these. Not sure what happened but EVERY single one was an empty fried shell that the cheese had escaped from. Disappointing. I feel this should have been caught in the kitchen since t...

Food came overcooked, twice. Send it back once, the next time I just ate the salad and left the meat. My friend's food also came overcooked.

Attended event at convention center and stopped by for a bite to eat. Enjoyed the ambience, drink selection, dinner, and dessert. Will definitely come again.

Good food, but evening started off poor from hostess experience. Not enough staff to get people seated during dinner rush. Another party cut in line, and the hostess seated them in front of everyone else, and told us they had a reservation. We also had a reservation but clearly didn’t matter. Really disorganized and the wait for getting seated and food prep almost made us miss our show (we were there 2 hours in advance). If you’re staying at the Hyatt and have no plans, it’s not a bad spot, otherwise I wouldn’t bother.
