"Probably won't come back after this visit. Apparently they no longer actually have pieces of lobster in the lobster bisque. My wife has been getting it since I have known her and up until her last visit, a month ago or so, there was pieces of actual meat in the soup. When we brought this to the staff's attention, she was basically told she didn't know what she was talking about. She was then lectured by Troy on the history of Red Lobster's soup. he claimed they now puree the meat into the soup and have for years...they must have pureed it into powder! Sad....what he didn't wanna say was the truth, and that is they shrinkflated their food! Followup to the restaurants reply.... I refuse to wi...

Our food was delicious!! I can't say enough nice things about Veronica B. We never wanted anything, she was great. Very pleasant and attentive. Will definitely be back and I will ask for her!! Restaurant was nice and clean.

Host threw our menus and silverware on the table. Kitchen didn't give everything that was to come with meal. Not much food for the price $15.99 for a handful of fries and 1 piece of fish it was good, coleslaw was inedible. Had to catch waiter for a refill on drinks. Never again.

Food was pretty good but our server acted really out of it and managers just walking around doing seemingly nothing but holding managers pose (lol). Atmosphere was odd and the ac was on even tho it's almost winter so the restaurant was freezing and my food got cold before I could finish it because of this. Will go back but hoping for better experience!!
