"That was my first experience at Red Robin, and I am thoroughly impressed! I will definitely be coming back. The drinks were cold and delicious, and the hamburger was the best I’ve ever had. Our waiter was attentive and incredibly friendly, and the new manager is doing a fantastic job! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked on us regularly. The burgers are cooked to order and absolutely delicious! The endless fries are a bit overwhelming because the burger is so filling. The flavors are fantastic!

Red Robin used to be my favorite restaurant, but I've come to notice several issues. During my last visit, it took 30 minutes just to get a drink, and we ended up waiting for two hours. When I finally received my mac and cheese, it was cold. The service was disappointing; many staff members seemed uninterested in taking our orders. On the positive side, they do offer free refills and a variety of menu items, which is nice. Overall, it's not terrible, but I can only give it a 3 out of 5.
