"I placed an online order with Captain D’s directly, not through a third-party website, and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my meal. Despite arriving on time, I was told to wait and my food was left sitting on the counter for another 20 minutes. The young ladies at the counter were not apologetic and instead laughed as they told me to have a nice night. It was disappointing that my food was not hot when it finally arrived. What is the point of ordering ahead if there is still a long wait time? Additionally, I just discovered that my order was incorrect as I only received 6 shrimp when I had ordered a 2-piece fish and 6 shrimp meal."

"Today my family and I wanted Checkers for dinner tonight; so I drove 20 miles to the Checkers in Hephzibah, GA on Windsor Springs Rd. And ordered 10 big bufords burgers; 4 with no tomato or mayonnaise and 5 large fries. When everyone was given their food and opened up the wrappers all the burgers had tomato and mayonnaise on them and whats the worst is that ever burger looked cooked on the outside but are raw on the inside and two of my family members did not see that it was raw from all the ketchup and mayonnaise until it was too late and automatically felt nauseous from the thought of eating raw meat. YUCK!! Besides the fries; This is the most disgusting fast food ever!! The place is run down and dirty and had only three workers. Do better Checkers!! UPDATE* Today I was contacted by the General manager and he remade everything himself!! My family and I are very happy that you cared!! Thank you very much but we still will not return to this restaurant because if the place is still looking this way just goes to show appearance/ cleanliness isn't a factor."

"This place is a pleasant surprise! Recently I met the owner of PoPpin Stop, Mrs. Amber Evans, and when she described her little popcorn shop, I thought I was polite and trying a local business. I can say that I had no idea that there was such sweetness in the popcorn business. Don't miss this treasure from South Augusta. I bought a variety box with a selection of five flavors I chose. I never knew it was Key Lime Pie and cheesecake popcorn flavors or that they could be so good. These are more confectionery treated than the cracker Jack candy popcorn I thought it was. I'll be back."
