We did talk to management and he defended his pizza and said this is a true Neapolitan pizza and we just did not understand this kind of pizza. What do we need to understand? Food looks amazing, if we could get it!! We had a waiter here who for one was rather rude and passive. Secondly he has waited other tables quicker than ours and checked on them more. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. 1/10 experience. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!

We love this wood fired pizza. The garlic knots are so delicious as well! Pistachio pizza, iverstine, you can’t go wrong! I will say that the sodium is extremely high and there is no way you’ll be able to walk away not feeling heavy. We had a pretty poor experience with a hostess when asking a question about an online order. When we dine-in we have only had wonderful waiters. Unfortunately, first point of contact can leave a bad taste in your mouth for customer service.

In my humble opinion… this is the best pizza in Baton Rouge! Artisan hand-tossed, wood-fired pizza And the Garlic Knots alone make this a destination not to be missed. I mean, when was the last time you had chimichurri, fresh herbs, grana and “whipped provolone”? Also love how they offer the choice of pizza by the sauce… Red pies or White pies. Nice bistro setting with a nice offering of cocktails, wine and beer. Great attentive service… definitely on our “favorites” list.
