I simply could not bring myself to order from this place again, especially after paying $25 for a pizza that was missing key ingredients."

We used to be regular customers at this restaurant, but our last order had an issue, which was unusual for us. We later found out they have new ownership, so we understood that they may be adjusting. However, when I called to place an order tonight, the person who answered the phone was very rude. When I asked about the new ownership, he snapped at me. It's unfortunate that they didn't recognize us as loyal customers, but we have decided not to patronize them anymore.
