Very poor service or organization! At the beginning of the school, when we were on site for dinner at 12.30, nobody knew anything about a reservation! There were no guests in the guest rooms, only places outside were offered on request. Unfortunately it was windy to eat there. As a resident of Bergen, we wanted to support our restaurants, but this restaurant does not seem necessary.

A non-hotel guests should also be served publicly when you eat in the restaurant in the evening. We felt more like an annoying need. The onion pan Rugard, onions were not caramelized, the roast potatoes in the middle of the crushed butter and the grilled medallions from the pork fillet had to ask beforehand whether the meat is well made or medium desired.
