Very disappointing considering the prices at this establishment is very pricey when compared to other similar establishments in the area. Wanted dinner but was limited to lunch. Celebrating my birthday and 42nd wedding anniversary. PS: No disclaimer in advance posted on site regarding lunch hours and dinner hours. Disclosures are important upfront so customers could book accordingly. Overall disappointment. Eat there before and no accommodations was made despite the circumstances and occasion."

The appetizer was underwhelming with mostly potatoes and a small piece of octopus. However, the dinner was delicious and satisfying.

We were seated at a beautiful table next to a window with a view of Tampa Bay. The waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure to check in on us at the right times. Our dinners were delightful and arrived promptly. Rusty Pelican has become one of our go-to spots for celebrating special occasions.

To start with, the food was very disappointing. The dishes lacked flavor and did not taste fresh at all. It felt more like a catering hall than a restaurant. It seems like the kitchen is more concerned with quantity than quality. The ambiance was okay, but the tables in the dining area were in poor condition, with a sticky film on the wood that you would typically find in a diner. I would not recommend this place.
