Such beautiful art all around. Boon is a wonderful man who loves his family and his restaurant. I have known him for at least 25 years. I love it when he comes out with special hot sauces because I say 10 star isn't spicy enough. He has always brought something else out and would tell me where to start with the heat... when I get to the highest on the scoville scale I break a sweat, my lips swell and my nose runs he's still standing there waiting for my reaction and giggles when I finally say it's great!
