Overall, the majority of dishes were very good with the exception of their signature dish Blackened Dorado as it was overcooked."

We really like Saltus. Had our fav staff Alexis. Great oysters, sushi, truffle fries and service. Now a Christmas tradition for us.

From the hostesses to our waiter, all of our interactions were pleasant and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Regarding value, it was expensive for us, but I’m sure I’ll be back someday.
