"Overpriced and in general an average restaurant. Nothing special to spent your time and money here, when you can find so many more restaurants to really enjoy your time. We had the vitello tonnato that was too average and overpriced. We also had the pappardelle ai funghi that was a good one though not so special only too expensive; the linguine alle vongole that were really good and the trancio di salmone that was overcooked and not a good one, not to mention that we had ordered asparagus with this one as a side and they arrived after we had finished our food. 4th visit in less than two months. Upscale Italian restaurant in the upper east. Breakfast, brunch, coffee, sweets and dinner were great; my all-time favorite Italian restaurant in NY.

The atmosphere is nice, and the place is well-decorated. Though the burrata dish wasn't completely my taste, my company enjoyed it very much. The risotto, however, was warm and pleasant to eat with the bread.

Food is good, not top notch but good enough to warrant coming here often following a trip to the Met or for a nice sit down lunch with a friend…that sort of thing. However, the staff could be friendlier and warmer. They’re adding to the pretentious vibe. So minus one star.
