"Celebrated my wife's Birthday and it was the perfect choice as always). Our preferred table was ready for us on the porch); both relatively quiet and romantic. The server was spot on and the food was exceptional much better than during the summer rush while even then very good. The seafood was fresh and portions large. The dishes were filled with flavors, cooked to perfection and served hot. Minor adjustments to my wife's selections were honored and she was very pleased. Sapore Italiano is our “go to” for special occasions and worth the 45 minute drive South. You can't go wrong. PS. BYOB is a plus and much appreciated."

Loved sitting on the porch under a beautiful ceiling fan and high ceiling. Service was great. Food was good, thought it was going to be stellar tasting. It was served very hot and nice sized portions, but just thought it was going to be more authentic Italian tasting. Had limoncello flute for dessert, tasted chemically, not like real lemon ice and limoncello. Glad we came to try it.

There are reasons why Sapore was very busy on a Thursday in October at 5:45 p.m: Terrific food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere. In addition, the portions are large and the prices are very reasonable. Beyond that....IT'S A BYOB!!!!! My wife and I had another outstanding dinner at Sapore last night. We have dined there many times and the food and service are consistently excellent. We look forward to returning again soon.

I have been coming to this restaurant for 5 years now. It has a beautiful atmosphere. But the music this time was horrible. Young peoples pop music. I didn't recognize one song. I am 60 years old. Must of the customers were of similar in age or older. When we go to fine dinning we expect a more relaxed music such as Italian music or some classical type music. It ruined the experience I am use to when we dine there. The food was good, not excellent and the staff is wonderful and attentive. Tables have cloths on them. But the music didn't work with the fine dinning you expect.
