"Usually this place is great even when it’s packed. We drive 15minutes every Saturday just for the bagels but today we got the wrong order and didn’t realize until we were home. We didn’t want to drive all the way back just to wait another 20 minutes in line so I tried to call and request a refund. The phone number listed online doesn’t work it asked me to enter in my phone number and pin which makes no sense. These bagels aren’t exactly cheap and we left a tip on top of it all. I really just want my money back at this point. The Meridian location was also rude when I called to ask them if they had the correct phone number. I am so disappointed. My first time here and it was amazing all around. The bagels and croissants are delicious. The boba chai tea was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again!

I was just in a few days ago, and it looks like they have upgraded the dining room with comfy chairs! this is my go-to spot for Boba! Tarro smoothie with extra Boba is my all-time favorite. The variety of cream chesses for the bagels is amazing, too! Everyone has always been so friendly when we go in, and I've never had an issue with an order.
