"As a born Gifhorner, the castle is especially close to my heart. The outsides of the castle itself are magnificent, even the interior is wonderful. So if you want to celebrate weddings in the Nikolaikirche or in the castle chapel, you are very well removed here. Even the food is very good. At any time of the year it is very nice because you are in the immediate vicinity of the water and you can run the skate before or after. If the market is, you can quickly make a way to zentgraf. Just great!!!! We had a 4 course menu... From greetings from the kitchen, via the appetizers and main food, each course was a real highlight. Pure taste explosions. Conclusion: Great ambience, super food, excellent service... Who wants to enjoy something very special is definitely here. Unforgettable experience.

Gifhorn does not have much to offer in culinary terms, but the zentgraf is definitely one of the top restaurants. Good food, nice ambience and beautiful service. Definitely recommended. The premises are part of the lap Gifhorn. From the restaurant you have a view of the Schlosssee, which you can walk or drive well. Parking is sufficient. Watch the bridge that is very slippery when wet.
