"The restaurant is well located in front of the Rathaus and veary close to the underground parking place of Gmunden. The waitress could not be characterized as welcoming. The menu card has many choices and the prices are normal for austrian standards. A half liter draft beer costs 3,90€ & mineral water 0,75ml around 4,00€. Ι had a gulasch which was fine and the portion was not small. The cost was 11,90€. Additionally, the charge 2,50€ the dumpling (Semmelknoedel). For kids, they have two dishes. One is pork schnitzel and the other is Spaghetti Bolognese which costs 7,50€. The pasta with bolognese was very tasty and my son really liked it. In general, it's a nice restaurant but nothing memora...

Wir waren mit der Familie zum Abendessen da. Schon ab der telefonischen Tischreservierung hat eigentlich alles bestens geklappt. Schöner Tisch, freundlich bemühtes Personal auch das Essen wirklich hervorragend. Die Speisekarte eher traditionell und viel Hausmannskost, wenig Kreatives. Die Preise dafür etwas überteuert - man weiß halt die Lage als erstes Haus am Platz auszuspielen. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Für Frühstück zu spät, aber Ham an Eggs ginge. Wunderbar !! Ambiente sehr schön. Frisches Tischtuch erst auf nach Aufforderung (erst "Austesten", ob es das alte nicht vielleicht auch tut ??) Tut es nicht - blöde Gästr, was die alles wollen. Kaffee sehr gut, sehr schön. Gebäck gut. Ham and Eggs unessbar. Eine einzige Frechheit. Schinken hart wie Leder.. Lieblos serviert. (Wir habens vor lauter Hunger gegessen, aber lange dran gekaut). Reaktion der Kellner auf unsere Beschwerde gleich NULL.Nicht gerade ein Paradebeispiel österreichischer Gastronomie und Freundlichkeit. Schade ist das.
