"I recently visited Shane’s BBQ to place a to go order and inquire about placing a catering order. Upon entering, I was greeted by two gentlemen in Shane’s t-shirts who seemed to be from corporate. After waiting a few minutes, no cashier ever came to assist, so instead of placing the to-go order I intended to place, I left and went to the bbq restaurant down the street. After calling their catering number and leaving a voicemail on Wednesday and not getting a callback by Monday, I called again and spoke with their catering personnel, who was pleasant and made the process easy. Store 111 I understood it was the 4th. Hours says it closed at 9 I got there at 8. Stood up front while I say 5-6 never greeted said can I help you. Anything. So I turned to walk out still nothing.. poor service..
