"I ordered the hibachi steak dinner around 3 pm today. I tried eating but I just can't. My fried rice and steak (which was supposed to be medium-rare) were overcooked. My steak was well done. And my vegetables were undercooked. Not to mention I paid an extra 2 dollars for extra mushrooms and got none with my food. I usually love this place for my food and excuse the overcooked steak as it usually is overlooked because the rest tastes fine. But today was horrible and if I didn't need to be at work soon I would have gone back and asked for a refund. I'm very disappointed."

our server, Davin(?sp) was very nice and eating was very good. the pfirsich daiquiri met the place.

the shimmering bark was amazing! the prawn appetizer of volcano was delicious. the waitress was very sweet and attentive. the atmosphere is great. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Ordered takeout from this restaurant as a hiker. Extremely overpriced for what you get and subpar at best. Wasn't even acknowledge when waiting up front for several minutes. Also heard the lady clearly being negative in front of my face. Would never come here if I had a car at the time. Wish I could dispute this on my credit card is was that bad. Waste of $44 and left a sour taste in my mouth. Skip this.

"The honey chicken was orange? So orange it stained everything it touched. Also had pineapples in it? Never had honey chicken be bland and have pinapples. This was our first order from here. Egg rolls were also over cooked, had black parts on them."

"We were very happy with our meals here. I had a coconut curry with tofu and it was one of the best I have ever had. we also had the portabello mushroom with artichokes and parsnip puree. yummy. the service was fantastic and the restaurant was cozy in an historic building downtown. we drove 50 minutes to get there a difference it was worth it."

"We are new in the area and were stopped by some of the elements on the menu and for lunch on Christmas Eve. That was a very good decision. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the brunch menu was full of stuff I would like to have ordered. I ordered the regular menu a shrimp chorizo burger with onion rings, and my wife ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich from the Brunch menu. Both sandwiches were excellent. The Monte Cristo was perfectly deep roasted golden brown with exactly the right melting quality. It was so big, we could have shared it and was okay. The shrimp chorizo Burger was exactly what I was hoping it would be. The chorizo Patty was crispy, a little salty and had a little heat. It was covered with small, whole spiced shrimp and finished with a small cream cheese, salad and tomatoes. It was decadent, spicy and creamy at once. The tempura broken onion rings were also perfectly cooked, but desperately need salt, which is best used directly from the fryer, unlike the table. The only ones, and I just think smaller glitters were very slow food service (which I write to the holiday) and a too cold design coming from the doorstep. The restaurant would benefit very much from a small vestibule on the door to keep the cold air from browsing through the dining room when someone enters or exits. Overall we were very happy to find really good food and friendly service in our new backyard!"

"I have been there many times; however, this time my immediate family came along from out of town to celebrate my Birthday! The food was delicious, as always, and those in my family who do not eat Mexican enjoyed a good steak with vegetables. Thanks Los Panchos for making my Birthday extra Special!"
