"One of the best anniversary dinners ever. My husband and I just celebrated our 15th anniversary by eating at Silver Sage. My husband chose the Pontchartrain (Redfish) and I chose the Mahi Mahi Entree. Both dishes were so delicious and cooked for perfection from fish to rice pilaf to vegetables. Then we have the meal with a slice of lime cake...perfect ending to a fantastic meal! And if the delicious food was not good enough, the service and the gastronomy was exceptional!! We have found one of our new favorite restaurants in our area and look forward to having lunch again!"

Much more than what I expected in Canyon Lake. The food was very good, especially the pig's stall. Service was excellent. It's just a week to be here, but it might have time to come back here.

This is an amazingly great restaurant hidden near the shores of Canyon Lakes. I'm so glad we found it! The red fish was the best I had at the age, and the fish tacos were also excellent! I rarely have dessert, but tried the key lime cake, which was also excellent. I would drive from Blanco or New Braunfels or Johnson City or Spring Branch to eat here. The staff is fast, friendly and offers a good service. Good wine selection too. Worth the ride!

Can't talk much enough about this little jewel! Great atmosphere, amazing food, fantastic service. I had the pecan crusted chicken, and DH had the Greek salad with grilled chicken. Has a spectacular glass of Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc (2009, New Zealand). Our server was Randy (on both trips - so beautiful we did twice! . He was funny, but he didn't let our laughs come in the way to offer first-class service. We found this place accidentally after another local restaurant I was busy enough for a Saturday night. We found it by chance, and I'm so glad we did!! It's on our list!!
