A nice buffet. Food and service was great. The tables so clean, every time a person leaves the restaurant they clean the table. They use distancing protocols. Has a nice area outside, perfect if you want fresh air.

I have lived in a series of cities over the years and I am in every state, but alaska traveled and I feel that I have a good selection of experiences with restaurants, Indian included. I enjoyed some Indian restaurants in the triangle, but they all have to be compared with sitar so they can make the class. I put the bar in sitar, which is a good name in my book. I would say sitar always allows me to explore new dishes and set new standards. my suggestion: test them sitar and make them a list of what they want. then try the same dishes in other restaurants. who wins! for me it is in almost every case sitar for the victor.
