"We haven’t eaten here since the new owners took over a year ago. We went with two adult kids and three grandkids. All 7 of us sat in a very nice outside eating area. Our server greeted us with a huge smile. My wife and I shared a fish taco and opted for the pan seared cod over fried. We also shared sides of asparagus, a salad, and mashed potatoes. When it came out, we realized that we over ordered. The portions are enormous. Each dish was excellent in terms of flavor and freshness. My foodie daughter in law ordered a wedge salad with a side of salmon. She was surprised how well the salmon was prepared…perfectly! It was a terrific experience. We come to Westport, MA often and this will be on...

Wow! Is all I could say when my food arrived..... I ordered the fried chicken and biscuits and it was beyond delicious, the mashed potatoes were home made a long with the chicken batter and biscuits....The food came out so hot and fresh and not like it was sitting under a heat lamp hot like fresh from the oven hot! The batter on the chicken omg so crispy.... Definitely a must try and I will be back again

First lunch at Small Town, in the heart of scenic, quaint downtown Westport. Glad we stopped by. Interesting menu, good service, too. My fish tacos were huge... plenty of grilled fish, two kinds of diced sweet peppers, pickled onions, big chunks of avocado, shredded lettuce. I could only eat two of the three tacos. G 's fish and chips was quite large, too with generous sides of coleslaw and fries. We will be back soon!

We came in on a Tuesday night and were not expecting greatness, but greatness is what we got. Amazing food simple and done right. We got fish and chips that were huge portions the fish had a delicious batter and fries were super. The baked salmon was tasty but the best part was the street corn risotto that accompanied it. Best collard greens we 've ever had. House made ice cream included a mint chip flavor that tasted like real mint, was delicious. The server was cheerful and friendly. I would recommend a better music selection we got a medley of '80s, '90s and the Moana soundtrack, but we had fun as a family so it 's all good.
