"I was super excited when Sourhern Girls 2 opened in LI and am proud to say that I am a regular customer. However on 9/5 I placed an order for a fish shrimp dinner along with a chicken dinner. I was incredibly disappointed!! The shrimp was soggy overcooked; the collard greens weren't seasoned at all, the candied yams were mashed/mushy yams. Since that dinner wasn't edible, I moved on to the chicken dinner, which was supposed to be my dinner for the next night. Unfortunately I was let down once again; SG2 gave me 2 large burnt chicken breasts both pieces of cornbread were undercooked. I didn't even bother eating the collard greens or mac cheese; both dinners went in the trash! I'm not sure if...

Best fried pork chops... Mac and cheese w/ yams are ok. Good cakes and potato salad is a hit or miss

The turkey wings wee just ok. If needed more seasoning and not just salt. The corn bread was just a bite not enough for the cost. The best thing wa the string beans and that was very expensive as well.

"Bangin! Everything was incredibly flavorful and tasted like it was made with love. If you want proper Latin food on the island this is the spot. Right when we walked in the owner/staff were very friendly and helpful. She gave us samples of everything we wanted to try to help us decide what we would like to order. The pork/rib combo was my favorite, the chicken was delicious as well. Our plates were massive combos of yellow rice beans, pork/rib and chicken with sweet plantains. I don’t know how I managed to almost finish everything but it was too good not to. We were also given their home made hot sauce which was spicyyy (for me at least) and packed with a punch of flavor. I couldn’t leave without trying their tres leches, and it did not disappoint. Sweet but not too sweet, with hints of spices coming through. The best part is that it was sitting in the delicious dessert soup so you can soak the cake in for more flavor. They also have a new Nutella tres leches I will have to try the next time I visit. And their Dominican sodas are very tasty and a bit less sweet than Jarritos."

"Panda House has always been our go-to Chinese take out. Very good dishes, the staff is friendly and the service is quick. I never had an issue with my order. I use them even though there are 3 other places that are closer to where I live. Would recommend!"

"TOTALLY ADDICTED TO MILLE GRAZIE HIDE THE UPSIDE DOWN SLICES They either say that or simply ask me how many when I walk in. This is an INCREDIBLE family owned business! To be honest, I selfishly hesitated in writing this review... because I don 't want them blowing up and then I can 't get my fix (just kidding). I really cannot say enough good things about Mille Grazie. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating and amazing! I have ordered catering and pies for parties and my company will always RAVE about how good the food is! It is reliably EXCELLENT EVERY SINGLE TIME! I am ADDICTED and CRAVE their food! I am in there ordering at least 3 times a week! Mille Grazie is an absolute GEM!!!"

"Eating was excellent. the muddles were so big and plentiful I was surprised that there were so many muddles under the broth. the recommended thai muschel broth was excellent. also other breakfast items were delicious. waitstaff was attentive and not overwhelming. will be going back soon."
