Despite being a busy night, they initially told us they couldn't accommodate us, and then said they would try but couldn't give us a definite timeframe for a table. When the rest of my group arrived, totaling 11 more people, this was unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. Fortunately, we were able to find another restaurant with a 10-minute wait where they could provide us with a more concrete estimate for seating.
