Amazing Indian cuisine! This is our new favorite Indian restaurant. The staff are so friendly and. the food is delicious! So happy we found Star India. The best tandoori chicken in the Bay.Food: 5/5

So good! There menu is already helpful by showing you which items are vegan, but I talked to someone (a really nice woman, not sure if she's an owner or family) and she explained that nothing is pre-made to the point that it can't ALL be made vegan! It's the first time I've had naan in over 7 years! So friendly and the food is so good and it's just down the street from my lady's place so we're definitely going back!Vegetarian options: Everything can be made veganDietary restrictions: Everything can be made vegan

The lady there was very arrogant and judgemental. Place is super unhygienic and food tasted horrible. It felt as if the place is never cleaned. Washroom was extremely dirty and also the kitchen. Never ever go there!!Reply to the comment by the owner: I am pretty sure its the same Star India restaurant in San Francisco. It was a lady who was taking orders.. maybe the owner or someone holding managerial position. I could the see the kitchen area because the door was opened while I was waiting outside the washroom. And clearly the washroom does not look remodeled. Kindly clean your whole restaurant properly!! Thank!!
