"Understaffed—waited in a line and no employees acknowledged our existence until the woman in front of me in line asked someone “are you even open?â€. We were in plain sight but the employees acted as though we weren't there. They explained that someone was in training and another person was off the clock; however, I think customers (myself included) would have felt happier with the experience is they simply acknowledged us and explained the circumstances instead of ignoring us."

Extremely rude and incompetent staff and slow and unprofessional service! Just save your time and energy and go to a different Starbucks.

Not a corporate Starbucks, meaning you can’t call in on-the-go orders, use your rewards card, or get your free birthday drink. If you’re expectinga Starbucks that’s in the 21st century like the rest of us, look elsewhere.
