"Stopped by for a Sunday breakfast while cycling the Greenbrier River Trail. Was in the mood for a rib-sticking down-home breakfast, which is exactly what this place delivered. Not only was the food tasty, well-portioned, and a good value, it was accompanied by friendly service and an inspiring balcony view. "This is such a charming place that is not too far from Snowshoe where my friend and I skied for a few days. It is much more affordable than staying at snowshoe and the owners are so friendly! We stayed on the top floor and it was very spacious/clean/cozy. We especially loved the homemade breakfast each morning. It was fantastic and such a treat! Paula even had gluten-free bread for my friend and I which was a nice surprise. One day she even made us gluten-free French toast which I haven?t had in years. That was such a kind gesture. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I go to snowshoe. Highly recommend!"

"The 2nd Time I have been charged a ridiculous price for a Beer. I order from an older Waitress and a younger waitress brings back the change. This time 8.50 for a Draft beer Miller Lite. I know when I am being Hustled. Last year I stopped in to have a Guinness stout beer. The same hustle was Placed on me. I gave the older bat tender a 20 dollar bill and a younger waitress comes back with 9 dollars for change. I call the younger one out on it, the older bartender comes back with the right amount of change and says. She is new here and got confused with the order. The Management needs to fire people who play these games."
