First and foremost, the service at Biggby Coffee was exceptional. The staff was not only welcoming, but genuinely friendly and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a sincere desire to help. It was evident that customer satisfaction was a top priority, and the staff's enthusiasm added an extra touch to my overall experience. The café's interior had received a much-needed makeover. The new floors and furniture were not only visually appealing, but also exceptionally clean. As soon as I entered, I was met with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The updated decor created a comfortable and relaxed environment, perfect for unwinding or catching up with friends. One of the standout features of the newly renovated Biggby Coffee was the addition of digital monitors displaying the menu items. This technological enhancement made it easier to navigate the extensive drink options and added a modern touch to the overall experience. The menu was clearly presented, making it simple to choose from the wide array of delicious beverages and snacks they offer. Despite the updates, the quality of their drinks and service remained consistent. I ordered my usual favorite, Lisa’s Luscious, which is a latte with white chocolate and raspberry, and it was as delightful as ever. The barista expertly crafted a perfectly balanced blend of espresso and velvety white chocolate, resulting in a rich and satisfying beverage. The attention to detail and dedication to excellence truly shone through. The grand reopening of Biggby Coffee in Ft. Mitchell was a resounding success. The combination of excellent service, a clean and modern interior, and the same exceptional drinks made for a memorable experience. "Chick-fil-a is just my favorite place to get chicken, and the Ft Wright Chick-fil-a makes such a great job. I'm so glad to have one in Ft Wright now. It's the perfect location. When I recently went through a little after lunch, they had people who took your order and payment while you were in the snake. It made it so convenient when you were up to the window, and it also seemed much faster than other drives I have been. Great service! Delicious food! What else could you ask?"

"An unexpected and pleasant experience. She flew for a business trip and searched for a place nearby. I found this place and I'm happy I did it. The building is beautifully decorated. The service was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered the world-famous onion rings. They were delicious! super thick cuts that melt in the mouth. We also have the open frying and cable dinner. The Bratbeef was so delicate and tasteful. The cod was cooked for perfection. I can't wait to eat in the area again!"
