I placed an online order and probably called 6 different times to make a simple change and NOBODY would pick up. Please update your phone or pick it up because now my order will arrive incorrect.

the manager cassandra at this place is very rude and does not care about the customers! she said there would be no more pastrami around 17 o'clock because it was still frozen. has not offered an excuse or something. she said that it was not important because she “Go to close in a few hours anyway” .. they don't waste their time coming to this place. it is not so clean to the other and the manager makes a bad task to guide the load.
