"My 73-year-old father visited the Subway in Pukalani last night and was disappointed to find an empty restaurant with only two employees present. When he approached the counter, a staff member asked if he had placed an order through the app, and he replied that he had not. They informed him that they would only accept online orders and refused to prepare his sandwich, despite him being a paying customer. I am appalled by this treatment and will never support this company again. Denying food to an older customer who isn't tech-savvy and doesn't know how to place an online order is completely unacceptable. This company should be ashamed of their lack of service!"

This Subway is very clean, has fresh ingredients, plus very friendly staff. Congratulations to the owner for keeping this one open when so many other food places are closed.

The manager, Chet, is incredibly friendly! Every time I visit, he is always professional, helpful, and quick. He really enhances my experience. I will definitely recommend this Subway to all my friends because of him. It's a fantastic location!
