"The food here has no taste. In recent years it is definitely downhill. And the woman who answers the phone and takes orders on the counter is simply rude. I put a delivery order and she hangs on me before I finish. I called back in seconds and she'll give me my name rank and serial number. She was always so rude. I don't know why she stays there unless she's probably family. After that call, I won't go to them anymore. She was really busy with her rudeness tonight."

I never found a problem on the phone. Karen is always very friendly. Food is very tasty and they go out the way with my special nutritional needs. Must try the Boneless Ribs...they are the best!
