I was craving for good quality sushi but was not hungry enough. I knew I wanted to do omakase but didn’t want to get a full one especially knowing that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy all without feeling too stuffed. At Sushi Lin, you can get a mini omakase! So I ordered a mini omakase which came with 5 pieces of sushi and a hand roll. I also ordered an uni tasting. Everything was perfect! It was just the right amount of food that satisfied me and I did not feel too full. Everything tasted very fresh and flavorful. I was quite surprised how much I enjoyed the charred tomato over salmon. I’m totally getting a torch to char tomatoes from now on!
