The fact that you can get such a big sandwich with so many meat on it is literally head and shoulders over other bbq restaurants. Negative: 1) Probably sometime in the early 2000s there were no servers at Swadleys. You'd get your own drinks and Bbq sauces. Overall, there is no need for servers, and it only leads to additional 15% costs on average for patrons. 2...

We have eaten at Swadleys twice. The first time was amazing. This last time the brisket sandwich along with the slab of ribs were tough and barely edible. Not sure if we will return. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
