"Best meal in Vail, hands down. We came to Vail in January and skipped SB thought it was too nice that we were wrong. We returned in June. My son wanted something with shrimps for his 18. Birthday dinner and saw Tiger prawn scampi on the menu, so we made a shot. I'm glad. While the menu is refined, the atmosphere and the staff invite. I wore shorts, a beautiful shirt and sandals the rest of the family wore similar casual clothes and we fit right in. Don't get me wrong, SB's not Cheep, but that's Vail. Delicious! What a leak from waiting personnel to menu and options and must have desserts. I am a celiac and had the most amazing meal of Venison! I wanted to try something else ND didn't disappoint. Just go!

Great general experience as usual. The service was on site. One of the best meals you can have in Vail. For the spring menu, the Steak Tartare and Kanpachi Crudo appetizers were fine, but the Scampi Pasta and the Lamb shaft were fantastic. Restaurant is child-friendly with a separate but tasty children's menu. Also recommend the children's menu Chicken Pot Cake.

I've been coming here for years and I've never been wrong to bring people here for the first time. Food is top quality, it tastes good, it looks good and feels good. Service is really always amazing. Cocktails are amazing, music is divine. In summer, ask for a table outside the river. Recommendations: Wagyu Carpaccio Carbonada Lasagna Wagyu steak (above and beyond) Halibut Lemons and Honey, Chocolate Ganache
