"We went on Saturday 09/23 for our 20 year anniversary dinner. What a mistake this was. The waiter told us he had 24 years of experience at the restaurant. I dreaded him from the moment we sat down. We wanted a nice bottle of red asked if the restaurant had a Somali as he was giving us attitude zero knowledge of wine. Not long after we placed our order appetisers and main. He asked if we wanted the chocolate soufflé. Our 12 yr old is a chocolate addict so we knew this would take at least 20-30 minutes so we placed the order early on. After serving wine I asked if get had any special drinks for kids. He said nothing apart from sodas or lemonade then he said Shirley temple. My son who is ultra healthy drinks sparking water with lime asked what was a Shirley temple l. The waiter responded don't you know? Moving on onto ordering for me as I am a foodie I asked it's a toss up between the swordfish/John dory. Well jerk I was not asking what John Dory is I asked about how the two dishes lineup. Anyhow I ended up telling him we do not see eye to eye and basically I don't like his attitude. Towards the end the soufflé came and after our mains we had intentions of ordering other desserts but because he did not check I was done. On our way out I told the bald guy who I have now learnt is the owner was ultra dismissive. I don't know how anyone who is a foodie thinks this is an ok restaurant let alone mediocre. If you are a foodie you know service and quality lacking in both areas. The WAITER told us he had 24 years experience. He can stick his 24 years where it belongs."

"Phenomenal Italian food! They have a gluten-free menu that you do have to ask for but has a large selection! My girlfriend, who has a bad allergy to gluten, had the best time there with me! We shared a gluten-free spinach and artichoke dip with their bread, and I have never had gluten-free bread that good and soft! The dip was very good too. My girlfriend had the gluten-free chicken carbonara and it was exceptionally good! They make it with a chickpea breading. I had their regular gnocchi and it was super soft and the spices added were very flavorful!"

"Went in and ordered for Take-out. Not one thing missing, and everything that was ordered was just as requested. Definitely recommend the strawberry shortcake!! it was PERFECT!! . . . 'FOOD-GASM ' '!! i ordered take-out, so the ice cream, whipped cream, strawberries and shortbread were all separately packed (thank you for that . it will easily serve 3-4 people. the Cheesecake, of course, is ALWAYS good! thanks again :"

"Came excited to Art's and was looking forward to a delicious Deli Noah. I ordered the reubs with fries, three candies, a meat knish and Matzoh ball soup. It was said it was 20 minutes. At 30 minutes I asked for an update and said it would be another 10 minutes. Quickly after 20 minutes, a total of 50 minutes waiting for a pick-up order, and I finally have my food. No excuses for the late and incredibly long waiting period. I heard the guys working and taking the phone calls that the deliveries were now at 1:45 2 hours. Strange. The worst part? When we came home to eat, my pommes were missing and I had onion rings, and the knish was a potato knecht and lacked the Gravy. Incredibly disappointing, *especially*, as it was so exaggerated expensive. The Matzoh ball soup was just reheated and there was a huge chicken bone in it. Disappointed, least to say."
