"Got the new shredded beef tacos and they literally had a glob of meat in the center. Couldn't even spread the meat on the bottom of the taco. Pure laziness...I just don't understand. Can u at least act like u care while u are working. Like I'm paying almost 4 bucks for this taco at taco bell. Taco freaking bell has a taco on the menu for 4 dollars. The Mexican restaurant down the street has real tacos for 4 dollars. I can't comment on the evening shift, as I've only visited for lunch during the day. The daytime team is absolutely fantastic! They are friendly and personable, which really enhances the experience. I give them a 10/10—I love the day crew and how they consistently make my food amazing!

How hard is it to listen through the intercom? If you can’t hear I’d advise charging your headsets more often. Come on now, you get $15/hour for what? When someone says NO TOMATOES it’s probably for a reason. Be sure to listen better next time. They could be deathly allergic to tomatoes and who’s gonna get a lawsuit against them because they didn’t listen. Learn your lesson!
